Step One

Identifying the need

Identifying what you actually need as a company versus what your job title says you need. Simply put, they need to match. We will work with you to properly identify your hiring needs.

Our Recruiters will work with your hiring, HR, or Recruiting Team to create a plan that works best for you.

Sourcing

This is where you get to sit back, relax, and let us get to work sourcing candidates for your role. We handle the job posting (including confidential searches), passive candidate searches (headhunting), and active candidate resumes'.

We also have a very large database of candidates actively looking to fill roles like yours. 

Step Four

Screening

This is an extremely time-consuming process for companies. If you post your job and receive 300 applicants and it takes around 8 minutes to look at every applicant, that's almost 40 hours of non-stop work. Then once you have selected your favorites, you have to call and screen each one.

That can take as much as 2 hours for each one and some of them you may never even reach. If you found only 25 worth reaching out to for more information, that's another 50 hours wasted if you don't make the hire from those. 

That's nearly 3 weeks for one person to do the screen alone and a hire usually isn't even made in the first attempt.
